Sylvia gives Constance a men's cologne which was originally given to Calvin by a Dubai client. She gives it to Terrence.
Because of the cologne, Terrence knows about Boxing's (Calvin's company) Dubai client and 'steals' their client. They promise not to discuss about anything related to work.
